Trace moisture measurement instrument

It measures a fraction of water vapor molecules contained in the industrial purity gases and natural gases at ppb level.
The exceptionally quick response, in a few seconds, is achieved in detecting a change in trace moisture, because a sensing film on the ball SAW sensor is quite thin, less than 10 nanometers, and the volume of a sensor cell is as small as 1ml.
The output signal of the ball SAW sensor is split into two independent components, one corresponding to the trace moisture and the other the mean molecular weight of the background gas. Hence, no recalibration is necessary when the background gas is changed, and even the change in the components of natural gases can be monitored.
